Limited Lifetime Non-Prorated Transferable Warranty
Covering materials of original purchase and subsequent owner if transferred.
Royal Outdoor Products (Royal Outdoor Products) warrants Deck Lok™, Brock Deck™, Triple Crown™
Fence and Brock Dock® vinyl products, subject to the conditions and limitations listed
herein, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in warping,
rotting, corroding, flaking, peeling, blistering, or abnormal discoloration of surfaces.
Product which experiences color change due to normal weathering is excluded from
this warranty (including non-uniform fading and color changes resulting from unequal
exposure of panels to the sun and elements). For the purpose hereof, the term “normal
weathering” means exposure to any ultraviolet (sun) light, and extremes of temperature
and atmosphere which will cause any colored or painted surface to fade, darken, chalk
or acquire a surface accumulation of dirt or stains. The severity of these conditions
depends on air quality, the geographic location of the property at which the products are
installed, and other local conditions over which Royal Outdoor Products has no control.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - NON-COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
For non-commercial applications, this warranty is applicable for as long as the
original purchaser owns the product. This limited lifetime warranty extends only
to the original consumer purchaser or to the subsequent owner through the
Transferable Limited Warranty. For information on warranty transfer procedures,

The lifetime coverage provided by this warranty is extended to cover individual
person(s) who are homeowners, and does not extend to products purchased by or
installed upon property owned by any other entities, including, without limitation,
corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, governmental agencies or bodies, religious
organization schools, condominiums, or cooperative housing arrangements, or installed
on apartment buildings or any other multi-housing units not used by individual
homeowners. For entities or persons to which the lifetime coverage does not extend, the
warranty period shall be twenty (20) years following installation of the products, and is
transferable to twenty (20) years from date of original installation.
20-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
For commercial and governmental applications, this warranty is applicable for a period
of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase. This 20-year warranty extends only to
the original business or government agency purchaser or subsequent owner through the Transferable Limited Warranty. For information on warranty transfer procedures, please

Columns have a warranty that is applicable for ten (10) years from the date that the
product in question is placed in use by the ultimate consumer. For the purposes of this
Warranty, the “ultimate consumer” shall be deemed to be the person or entity in whose
building or structure the product is installed (the “Premises”), the identity of which
person or entity may change during the term of this warranty according to who is the
owner of the Premises.
Royal Outdoor Products, at its own discretion, shall determine whether the clay product in question
is suffering from abnormal weathering. This conclusion shall be based on whether
a product(s) evidences a change in color in excess of the seven (7) Hunter units as
calculated according to ASTMD2244.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental
or special damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, all of which
vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Royal Outdoor Products will, at its option, repair or replace such product, free of charge (including
freight charges within the continental U.S.A.), F.O.B. Royal Outdoor Product’s designated
manufacturing facility. All other Deck Lok™, Brock Deck™, Triple Crown™ Fence
and Brock Dock® parts and assemblies have a repair or replacement warranty for
one (1) year from the date of purchase. Royal Outdoor Products warrants only those
products manufactured by its facilities.
The owner must give prompt notice of any defect to obtain warranty service. Notice
must be mailed by owner to Royal Outdoor Products, P.O. Box 360, Milford, Indiana, 46542-
0360 U.S.A. The remedies provided under this warranty, if applicable, shall be provided
within a reasonable time after Royal Outdoor Product’s receipt of such notice. Proof of purchase,
such as a sales receipt or other purchase document, is required when requesting
warranty service.
To protect your rights under this warranty, please return the attached registration to
Royal Outdoor Products within thirty (30) days of purchase. Warranty coverage is not conditional
upon return of this warranty registration, provided you can provide a record of your vinyl
fence, railing, dock or deck purchase.
The product must be purchased from an authorized Royal Outdoor Products Dealer and installed,
operated and maintained in accordance with instructions published by Royal Outdoor Products.
Royal Outdoor Products shall not be liable for, and this warranty does not apply or extend to, any
failure, defects or damages arising from or connected with, without limitation, misuse,
neglect, faulty or improper installation. This warranty is void if all structural parts and
components were not supplied by Royal Outdoor Products.
Failure, damage, defects or malfunction resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence,
alteration, accident, lack of proper maintenance, impact of foreign objects, tornado,
hurricane, other violent storm, flood, fire, acts of terrorism, pollutants, chemicals, failure
of or damages to walls, surfaces or structures to which products are applied arising from
settlement, movement, or cracking thereof; distortion or warping due to unusual heat
sources (including outdoor grills and reflection from windows or foil sheathing) or acts
of God shall not be considered defects under this warranty and are not covered in any
way by this warranty.
Royal Outdoor Products and its representatives are not qualifi ed to approve, recommend or advise
as to the suitability of products for possible applications. Your local building code
authority and fi re marshal’s office should be consulted as to the proper and safe use of
the products, including the installation of structures with specific load bearing capacities
or other zoning code requirements.
By acceptance and use of this product, purchaser agrees that Royal Outdoor Product’s liability, and
purchaser’s remedies for any alleged breach of warranty, shall be limited to the repair
or replacement of the product, at Royal Outdoor Product’s option, as provided above. Royal Outdoor Products
reserves the right to discontinue or change any of its products, and/or including colors. In the event of such discontinuance or change, Royal Outdoor Products reserves the right at its sole
discretion to substitute a product that is of equal quality or price.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied including,
without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. Any express or implied warranty not provided herein, and any remedy for
breach of contract, tort or otherwise which, but for this provision, might arise by
implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Royal Outdoor Products
shall not be liable for inconvenience, labor, loss of time, or other incidental, special or
consequential damages of any kind or losses arising in relation to the purchase or use of
Royal Outdoor Products products and regardless of whether arising from breach of warranty, breach
of contract, negligence or other tort, or otherwise. Any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose deemed applicable by law to
Royal Outdoor Products products shall be limited in duration for as long as the product is owned
by the original consumer purchaser (non-commercial) or subsequent owner through
the Transferable Limited Warranty and/or the twenty (20) year term extended to
commercial/government purchasers of this written warranty.

representative of a Royal Outdoor Products seller or its distributors or dealers is authorized to make
any change or modification to this warranty.
